Tools to Help Your Family Make the Most of the New Year

December 16, 2021

By: Christa Protano

As I write this, I can’t believe we are getting ready for the year 2022. While our kids are so happy to be back in school, the harsh reality of pandemic fatigue is truly setting in for many of us moms (and dads). Honestly, it can be so hard to stay motivated with work and family life during these challenging times. Fortunately, the arrival of the New Year brings a dependable sense of optimism and a renewed sense of energy that we all so desperately need.

We can’t think of a better way to ring in 2022, and set an example for our children, then by putting some goals down on paper. What kind of healthy habits do you want to adopt in the next few months? What books have you been meaning to dive into?

Download a copy of My 2022 Goals and 2022 Book List for both you and your child and create some reading resolutions together!
